COURSE DESCRIPTIONS
Bachelor of Science in Travel Management
The Travel Management program is a four year course comprising of 204 units that enables students to become proficient on different principles, perception, ability and skills that focus on hospitality training, development of managerial skills. The program bids various subjects that will suit the hospitality field such as Philippine Tourism, Geography & Culture, Front Office Procedures, Air, Sea & Land Travel Sales & Management, Mandarin Language, Travel Documentation, and Travel Airline Services Management and offers significant local and international training that are necessary in organizing students to become successful and competitive explorers and travelers.
Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management
The B.S. HRM program is a four-year course comprising of 207 units, geared towards equipping students with synthesis of different concepts, principles and skills that concentrate on hospitality training, development of practical and managerial skills. The program offers various subjects that will suit the hospitality field such as front office, culinary, food and beverage, housekeeping, research and community extension, business management and accounting and offers significant local and international trainings that are essential in preparing students to become successful and competitive hoteliers and restaurateurs.
