* Prepare a Go-Bag with essentials (water, canned food, flashlight, first aid kit, batteries, power bank, clothes, important documents).
* Charge all electronic devices (phones, flashlights, power banks).
* Listen to weather updates from PAGASA and local authorities.
* Secure loose items outdoors (plants, roof sheets, signage, etc.).
* Know the nearest evacuation center and routes.
* Turn off and unplug appliances before leaving home if needed.

* Stay inside in a safe and sturdy area; avoid windows and glass doors.
* Stay calm and reassure family members, especially children and the elderly.
* Keep an emergency kit and flashlight nearby.
* Avoid using electrical appliances when flooding occurs.
* Listen to reliable news updates or LGU announcements for evacuation or all-clear notices.
* Do not go outside or wade through floodwaters.

* Do not use appliances until they are completely dry and safe.
* Watch out for hazards like fallen power lines, debris, and unstable structures.
* Boil or purify drinking water before consumption.
* Check on neighbors or relatives who may need help.
* Clean and disinfect surroundings to prevent diseases.
* Document damages for insurance or barangay reporting.
