𝗟-𝗡𝗨 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗣𝗡𝗣 𝗗𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗢𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗦𝗶𝗴𝗻 𝗠𝗢𝗨 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗖𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗶𝘇𝗲𝗱 𝗠𝗣𝗔 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺
Lyceum-Northwestern University (L-NU) and the Philippine National Police (PNP) Directorate for Operations formalized a partnership through the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on September 17, 2026, at the PCC Building, Camp BGen Rafael T. Crame, Quezon City.
The MOU establishes a Customized Master of Public Administration (MPA) Program for the staff and personnel of the PNP Directorate for Operations, providing an opportunity for professional and academic advancement tailored to their needs.
The MOU was signed by PMGEN Ponce Rogelio I. Penones, Jr., Director for Operations, with PBGEN Josefino D. Ligan, Deputy Director for Operations, and PCOL Amante B. Daro, Acting Executive Officer.
Representing L-NU and University President Dr. Luz T. Duque-Hammershaimb were Dr. Marco Francisco S. Duque, Executive Vice President, joined by Dr. Eugene M. Reyes, Vice President for Student Affairs and Alumni Relations and Acting Dean of IGPS; Dr. Cynthia P. Lopez, Vice President for Research, Innovation, and Extension Management; Dr. Perla E. Legaspi, Program Head, Public Administration Program; Dr. Reynaldo T. Gelido, Associate Professor; and Dr. Josefina B. Bitonio, Associate Professor.
The partnership highlights L-NU’s commitment to accessible, relevant, and professional graduate education, strengthening opportunities for public servants through quality academic programs.
