L-NU Research and Innovation Week 2025

Theme: “Research, Innovation, and Extension: Pathways to Impact, Inclusivity, and Sustainability”

From October 24 to 29, 2025, Lyceum-Northwestern University will celebrate its annual Research and Innovation Week, organized by the Research, Innovation, and Extension Management Office (RIEMO). This year’s celebration underscores the University’s continuing commitment to advancing research, fostering innovation, and promoting inclusive and sustainable development through academic collaboration and community engagement.

 

Students, faculty members, and researchers are encouraged to take part in the following activities:

 

Opening and Launching of Research Poster Exhibit (October 24) – The week begins with the formal opening program and the launching of the Research Poster Exhibit, featuring outstanding student and faculty research that demonstrate innovation, relevance, and real-world impact.

 

6th International Multidisciplinary Research Conference (IMRC) (October 24–26) – Convened annually by the Institute of Graduate and Professional Studies (IGPS), IMRC is a premier international gathering of scholars and professionals sharing groundbreaking research across disciplines, aimed at fostering collaboration and promoting research excellence beyond borders.

 

Florencia Day, Gawad PACO, Honors’ Program, and Webinar on Research (October 27) – A day of recognition and inspiration that honors academic excellence and institutional pride. The program includes the celebration of Florencia Day, the Gawad PACO awards, the Honors’ Program, and an informative webinar on research and extension.

 

Faculty Research Forum (October 28–29) – The week concludes with the Faculty Research Forum, providing a platform for L-NU faculty members to present their research outputs, exchange insights, and strengthen the University’s scholarly and innovative culture.
