L-NU bags ICONS Award and 3 international recognitions

The LYCEUM-NORTHWESTERN UNIVERSITY has been awarded by the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) as the FIRST RUNNER-UP in the Global Citizenship Award 2023 – Private Higher Education Institutions (Private HEIs) Category for its Outstanding Entry entitled “United States-New York-Philippines Collaboration and other Initiatives for Global Citizenship”.

Our revered University President Dr. Luz T. Duque-Hammershaimb received the award during the CHED’s Internationalization Champions of Nation-Building and Sustainability (ICONS) Awards held last October 6, 2023.

In addition, the LNU also received Worldwide Rankings in the following:
– TIMES HIGHER EDUCATION IMPACT RANKINGS 2023 – Rank 1001+
– WORLD UNIVERSITY RANKINGS FOR INNOVATION 2023 – Rank 201-300
– WORLD UNIVERSITY RANKINGS FOR INNOVATION 2023 “Student Mobility and Openness” category – Rank 32

The LNU likewise ranked First among the Private HEIs in the Philippines in Student Mobility and Openness based on the WURI’s Top 50 list.
