Upcoming Research and Innovation Week (October 22-28, 2024)

On October 22 to 27, 2024, Lyceum-Northwestern University will celebrate its annual Research and Innovation Week with the theme “Leveraging AI for Sustainable Quality Education”. This event will highlight the pivotal role of artificial intelligence in advancing education and sustainability, alongside various academic and research activities. Students and faculty members are encouraged to participate in the following events:

  • Opening Ceremony and Seminar on Research – Kick off the week with insightful discussions on the role of AI and innovation in advancing sustainable education and research practices.
  • Citizenship Forum – An interactive platform promoting civic engagement and responsible citizenship especially among the youth in the era of AI.
  • Faculty Research Forum – A showcase of cutting-edge research by our faculty, highlighting projects that utilize AI to enhance educational quality and sustainability.
  • Institute of Graduate and Professional Studies (IGPS) International Multidisciplinary Research Conference – Featuring global experts, this conference will present research across disciplines with a focus on AI-driven innovations in education.
  • Florencia Day – A special tribute to Florencia T. Duque, co-founder of L-NU, celebrating her legacy and L-NU’s contributions to research and innovation.
