Pursuant to Executive Order No. 26, Series of 2025, from the Office of the Mayor of Dagupan City, please be informed that classes at ALL LEVELS are suspended tomorrow, Friday, August 1, 2025, due to floodwaters that have not yet receded, impassable roads, and the impending effects of dam water releases.
All classes will shift to alternative flexible learning modes.
