The CHED RO1 Local Graduate Scholarships Office (LGSO) team is currently at Lyceum-Northwestern University (LNU), Dagupan City, Pangasinan, for an onsite assessment in preparation for the HEI’s role as one of the Delivering Higher Education Institutions (DHEIs) under the SIKAP Program on August 27, 2025.
