We are pleased to recognize the active participation of our international students in the seminar held in celebration of the 2025 Drug Abuse Prevention and Control (DAPC) Week, with the theme: โ€œGlobal Learners, Responsible Citizens: Standing Strong Against Drugs.โ€

The seminar was held on November 19, 2025, at Tadena Hall, University of Northern Philippines, Vigan City, Ilocos Sur, and was conducted by the Commission on Higher Education Regional Office I (CHED RO I).
These students actively participated in the International Forum on Drug Abuse Prevention Education, demonstrating their commitment as responsible global learners. Their involvement also aligns with Sustainable Development Goal 3: Good Health and Well-Being, advocating for healthier and safer communities.
We commend their dedication and thank them for representing our international student community with excellence.
