𝗟-𝗡𝗨 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗠𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗦𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀 𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗴𝗲!

The Lyceum-Northwestern University College of Medicine proudly marks another milestone as students Phummarin Glowinski, Aaron James Ruedas, and Eveson Kassandra Ponciano represented L-NU in their first international academic competition—the 10th Chiang Mai University–International Medical Challenge (CMU-IMC) held on December 4–8, 2025 at Chiang Mai University, Thailand.

Competing alongside 40 teams from six countries, Team L-NU advanced to the quarterfinals, showcasing the strength of Filipino and international medical students and the global readiness of Lycean training.

We extend our heartfelt appreciation to their dedicated coaches, Dr. Chino Paolo Samson and Dr. Nehemiah Mula, for their mentorship and unwavering support.

Our gratitude also goes to Dr. Luz T. Duque-Hammershaimb, University President; Dr. Marco Francisco S. Duque, Executive Vice President; Dr. Agnes DG Dimaano, OIC Dean of the College of Medicine; and the entire faculty for nurturing globally competitive future physicians.

This achievement highlights L-NU’s strong international partnerships, which open doors for global exposure, collaboration, and excellence in medical education.
