Lyceum-Northwestern University, through the Office of the Vice President for Academic Affairs โ€“ Center for Curriculum Innovation and Professional Development, in collaboration with the Human Resource Department, successfully conducted the Innovation in Networking, Student Support, Pedagogy, Internationalization, Research, and Excellence (๐—œ๐—ก๐—ฆ๐—ฃ๐—œ๐—ฅ๐—˜) Program on December 9, 2025, at the Dr. Salvador T. Duque Fieldhouse.

The program was formally opened with a Welcome Message from Dr. Luz T. Duque-Hammershaimb, University President, followed by the Introduction to the ๐—œ๐—ก๐—ฆ๐—ฃ๐—œ๐—ฅ๐—˜ Project led by Dr. Rodney Odesson P. Raguindin, Vice President for Academic Affairs.

๐—œ๐—ก๐—ฆ๐—ฃ๐—œ๐—ฅ๐—˜ featured a dynamic lineup of discussions and workshops focusing on:

* AI in Education and LMS Integration (Generative AI, Google Classroom Optimization, Digital Assessment Tools, and AI Ethics in Higher Education) by Dr. Elizalde Berba, Head, IT Technical Support and Systems Administrator

* Student Mental Health Support (Developmental Characteristics, Engagement Techniques, Early Warning Signs, and Support Frameworks) by Dr. Mary Ann Reyes, University Guidance Counselor

* Advanced Pedagogy and Constructive Alignment (ILOs, TLAs, Assessment Strategies, Inclusive Teaching, and Bloomโ€™s Taxonomy) by Dr. Rodney Odesson P. Raguindin, Vice President for Academic Affairs

* Workshop on Revising Course Materials Using AI and Outcomes-Based Education (OBE) Frameworks

* Internationalization, Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), and Global Rankings by Dr. Veronica Aquino, Vice President for External Affairs and International Relations

The program concluded with a Reflection Activity and Open Forum, capped by Closing Remarks from Mr. Marcelino Santiago, Director of the Human Resource Department.
