𝗛𝗜𝗚𝗛𝗟𝗜𝗚𝗛𝗧𝗦 | New Nurses Face-to-face Mass Oath-Taking

The Lyceum-Northwestern University in partnership with the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) and the Philippine Nurses Association (PNA) Pangasinan Chapter hosted the Induction and Oath-Taking of New Nurses at the Dr. Salvator T. Duque Fieldhouse on January 18, 2025.

The program featured an inspirational message from Atty. Arl Ruth B. Sacay-Sabelo, the Regional Director of PRC Region 1. She reminded the inductees to wear their uniforms with pride and carry their oath with honor. She emphasized that they must always care with compassionate professionalism, for that is the true heart of nursing.

Hon. Mary Grace C. Lacanaria, Member of the Professional Regulatory Board of Nursing, served as the Guest of Honor and Speaker. In her message, she emphasized the true weight of becoming a Registered Nurse, reminding the inductees that their licenses are anchored on the pillars of integrity, professionalism, and accountability.

Representing the new batch of professionals, Royce Mark C. Ibasan, RN, who placed Top 9 in the November 2025 Philippine Nurses Licensure Exam (PNLE), shared an inspiring quote, “Kung kaloob ng langit, matutupad kahit ‘di mo ipilit”.
