𝗟-𝗡𝗨 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗴𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗚𝗹𝗼𝗯𝗮𝗹 𝗔𝗰𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗰 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽𝘀

Lyceum-Northwestern University formalized its commitment to international collaboration through a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) signing with the University of Regina (Saskatchewan, Canada) during the ceremony and reception held on February 24, 2026, at Makati Diamond Residences.

The distinguished delegation was led by Saskatchewan’s Minister of Advanced Education, the 𝗛𝗼𝗻𝗼𝗿𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗞𝗲𝗻 𝗖𝗵𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗱𝗮𝘆𝗼𝗳𝗳, in the presence of 𝗗𝗿. 𝗝𝗲𝗳𝗳 𝗞𝗲𝘀𝗵𝗲𝗻, President and Vice-Chancellor of the University of Regina, and His Excellency the 𝗛𝗼𝗻𝗼𝗿𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗗𝗮𝘃𝗶𝗱 𝗛𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗺𝗮𝗻, Ambassador of Canada to the Philippines.

The Memorandum of Understanding was formally signed by 𝗗𝗿. 𝗟𝘂𝘇 𝗧. 𝗗𝘂𝗾𝘂𝗲-𝗛𝗮𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗶𝗺𝗯, President of Lyceum–Northwestern University, together with 𝗗𝗿. 𝗝𝗲𝗳𝗳 𝗞𝗲𝘀𝗵𝗲𝗻, President of the University of Regina, signifying the shared vision of both institutions to advance international cooperation in higher education.

Representing L-NU were 𝗗𝗿. 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗼 𝗙𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗶𝘀𝗰𝗼 𝗦. 𝗗𝘂𝗾𝘂𝗲, Executive Vice President, and 𝗗𝗿. 𝗩𝗲𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮 𝗙. 𝗔𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗻𝗼, Vice President for External Affairs & International Relations.

Through this international partnership, L-NU continues to raise the bar of excellence and further elevate its academic reputation on the global stage. It opens wider opportunities for students, faculty, and researchers to engage in transformative learning, impactful research, and collaborative scholarship with partners worldwide.
