Lyceum-Northwestern University formalized its commitment to international collaboration through a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) signing with the University of Regina (Saskatchewan, Canada) during the ceremony and reception held on February 24, 2026, at Makati Diamond Residences.
The distinguished delegation was led by Saskatchewanโs Minister of Advanced Education, the ๐๐ผ๐ป๐ผ๐ฟ๐ฎ๐ฏ๐น๐ฒ ๐๐ฒ๐ป ๐๐ต๐ฒ๐๐ฒ๐น๐ฑ๐ฎ๐๐ผ๐ณ๐ณ, in the presence of ๐๐ฟ. ๐๐ฒ๐ณ๐ณ ๐๐ฒ๐๐ต๐ฒ๐ป, President and Vice-Chancellor of the University of Regina, and His Excellency the ๐๐ผ๐ป๐ผ๐ฟ๐ฎ๐ฏ๐น๐ฒ ๐๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ฑ ๐๐ฎ๐ฟ๐๐บ๐ฎ๐ป, Ambassador of Canada to the Philippines.
The Memorandum of Understanding was formally signed by ๐๐ฟ. ๐๐๐ ๐ง. ๐๐๐พ๐๐ฒ-๐๐ฎ๐บ๐บ๐ฒ๐ฟ๐๐ต๐ฎ๐ถ๐บ๐ฏ, President of LyceumโNorthwestern University, together with ๐๐ฟ. ๐๐ฒ๐ณ๐ณ ๐๐ฒ๐๐ต๐ฒ๐ป, President of the University of Regina, signifying the shared vision of both institutions to advance international cooperation in higher education.
