IN PHOTOS | L-NU Strengthens Community Partnership Through Public Service and Education

The Public Administration Program of Lyceum-Northwestern University, through the Institute of Graduate and Professional Studies (IGPS), successfully formalized its partnership with Barangay Pangapisan North, Lingayen, Pangasinan, through the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on May 16, 2026.

This collaboration reinforces the University’s commitment to extension services, community empowerment, capacity building, and the promotion of good governance through meaningful engagement with local communities.

Present during the MOU signing were Dr. Cynthia Lopez, Vice President for Research, Innovation, and Extension Management Office (RIEMO); Dr. Perla Legaspi, Program Head of the Public Administration Department; and Public Administration faculty members Dr. Josefina Bitonio, Dr. Reynaldo Gelido, Dr. Mateo Casupang, and Dr. Veerah Gamata.

Together, we continue to bridge academia and community development, fostering sustainable partnerships that create positive and lasting impact.
