L-NU, POLICE STATION 4 STRENGTHEN CAMPUS SAFETY THROUGH MOU
Lyceum-Northwestern University (L-NU) and Police Station 4, Dagupan City Police Office (PS4, DCPO), formalized a partnership through a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) signing held today at Lyceum-Northwestern University.
The MOU was signed by PMAJ Vladimer Custer C. Austria of PS4, DCPO, located in Barangay Lucao District, Dagupan City, Pangasinan, and L-NU University President Dr. Luz T. Duque-Hammershaimb.
The partnership seeks to establish a framework for cooperation and coordination in promoting campus safety, crime prevention, emergency preparedness, and public safety, benefiting L-NU students, faculty members, employees, and the entire University community.
Representing L-NU’s Disaster and Risk Management Committee were Dr. Jonathan Espiritu, Incident Commander and Head of the Security Unit; Mr. Rodjerick V. Tabucao, Safety Officer and Institutional Planning Officer; Dr. Elizalde M. Berba, Process and Systems Analyst; and Mr. Macknelly M. Bernardo, Institutional Information Officer.
Through this partnership, L-NU continues to strengthen its commitment to creating a safe, secure, prepared, and resilient campus environment while fostering stronger coordination with law enforcement and other public safety partners.
