College of Nutrition and Dietetics

Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics is a four year degree program designed to equip students with knowledge and skills in the three areas of nutrition, namely Hospital Nutrition, Community (Public Health) Nutrition and Food Service.

Specialties within the Registered Nutritionist Dietitian profession includes :

• Clinical Dietitian – Specially trained
to provide medical nutrition therapy in
setting such as hospital as long-term
care facilities.
• Community Dietitian – Primarily
educate the public on food and nutrition
issues and topics.
• Management Dietitian works in
planning meal programs in foodservice
setting. Overseeing tasks of managing a
dietary/meal program.

  • L-NU is on of the few schools that
    offers BSND in Pangasinan
  • Bachelor pf Science in Nutrition and
    Dietetics was established in 2018 by the University
