HOLIDAY ADVISORY

Please be informed that 𝗡𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟭𝟯, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱 (𝗧𝗵𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗱𝗮𝘆) is declared a 𝗦𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗡𝗼𝗻-𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗛𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗣𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗮𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗻 in observance of 𝗦𝗽𝗲𝗮𝗸𝗲𝗿 𝗘𝘂𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗼 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝗲𝘇 𝗗𝗮𝘆, pursuant to 𝗥𝗲𝗽𝘂𝗯𝗹𝗶𝗰 𝗔𝗰𝘁 𝗡𝗼. 𝟲𝟳𝟮𝟭,

“An Act Declaring November Thirteen of Each Year a Special Public Holiday in the Province of Pangasinan.”

A holiday honoring the 𝗙𝗮𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗼𝗳 𝗗𝗮𝗴𝘂𝗽𝗮𝗻 𝗖𝗶𝘁𝘆, 𝗦𝗽𝗲𝗮𝗸𝗲𝗿 𝗘𝘂𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗼 𝗣𝗮𝗱𝗹𝗮𝗻 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝗲𝘇, this day commemorates his birth anniversary and his remarkable contribution as the author of the law that converted Dagupan into a city.
