In times of flooding and uncertainty, the safety and well-being of our students and teaching personnel remain our priority.

Beginning September 1, 2026, Lyceum-Northwestern University will continue implementing appropriate flexible learning arrangements in consideration of flooded roads, transportation difficulties, power interruptions, connectivity concerns, and other circumstances affecting members of our academic community.

The Preliminary Examinations scheduled for September 1–2, 2026 are postponed, with the new schedule to be announced as soon as possible. The University is also preparing for possible flexible examination modalities, including online, digitized offline, printed modular, and other appropriate alternative arrangements to ensure that no student is unnecessarily disadvantaged by the present situation.

Faculty members will likewise undergo retraining on flexible learning and assessment administration, while concerned University offices will reorient students on available online and remote student services, including payment facilities, student support, and the Virtual Support Desk.

We encourage everyone to remain in close communication with their respective colleges and offices and to continue monitoring official University announcements.
Your safety comes first. Learning will continue—with flexibility, understanding, and care.

Stay safe, L-NU community. 🤍
