Lyceum-Northwestern University brought energy, pride, and community spirit to the Bangus Festival – Kalutan ed Dalan in Dagupan City last night!

A highlight of the celebration was the opportunity to connect and have a photo moment with Dagupan City Mayor Hon. Belen T. Fernandez and Dagupan City Vice Mayor Hon. Dean Bryan L. Kua, strengthening L-NU’s strong presence within the local community.
