The shimmering shores of Hundred Islands witnessed a spectacle of beauty, grace, and talent as the annual Miss Hundred Islands 2024 pageant crowned its winners yesterday, March 10, 2024 at Lucap Wharf, Alaminos City.
Amongst the glitz and glamour, the stars of the evening were none other than Lyceum-Northwestern Universityโ€™s pride, Ms. Denise Joy C. Flores, from College of Arts and Sciences, 4th year BS Psychology student, and 3rd year College of Nursing student and L-NU University Central Student Government (UCSG) Cabinet Secretary, Ms. April Mae M. Flores.
As her radiance shone throughout the stage, and her eloquence charmed the supporters and judges alike, Denise Joy C. Flores was crowned as the Miss Hundred Islands 2024 ๐—š๐—ฟ๐—ฎ๐—ป๐—ฑ ๐—ช๐—ถ๐—ป๐—ป๐—ฒ๐—ฟ.
Throughout her Miss Hundred Islands 2024 journey, she has exemplified the essence of determination, resilience, and grace, embodying the ideals of the pageant with every step she took. As she wore the crown, she did not only become the face of Hundred Islands but also an inspiration for aspiring individuals everywhere, especially to the Lyceans.
With the same fervor and dedication, Miss Hundred Island 2nd runner-up, April Mae M. Flores’ presence on the stage was nothing short of mesmerizing, though the competition was fierce, her spirit remained undaunted, leaving an indelible mark on the hearts of all who witnessed her performance. As the Second Runner-Up of the said pageant, she stands as a testament to perseverance and excellence, a shining example for those who dare to dream. Adding to her accolade, Flores also bagged Best in Swimsuit wear, Best in Festival Costume, and Texters’ Choice Award.
